The NI-9752 is a C Series VR/Hall Interface Module designed by National Instruments, primarily used for automotive applications. It features two variable reluctance (VR) sensor inputs and two Hall-effect sensor inputs, each providing high-voltage protection and noise filtering. The module supports up to 60 VDC input range for the VR sensors and includes customizable pull-up, pull-down resistors, and RC low-pass filters. The module is compatible with the CompactRIO platform, delivering reliable signal processing and sensor power for automotive environments
21-Channel C Series AD Combo Module—The NI 9752 offers a set of automotive-style analog and digital inputs to interface with standard automotive sensors. The module includes two-channel adaptive variable reluctance (VR) sensor inputs, and two-channel Hall effect sensor or general-purpose digital inputs. You can individually configure each channel using surface-mount components with pull up, pull down, divide, and resistor-capacitor (RC) lowpass filters.
The NI Direct Injector Driver Module Kit provides a CompactRIO (cRIO) module for driving a wide variety of diesel and gasoline direct injectors, including many piezo actuated injectors. The kit includes LabVIEW FPGA and RT VIs for controlling the driver channels. Each DI driver channel is individually controlled for timing and duration, but channel operation may not overlap. The module cannot control piezo and solenoid actuator types simultaneously. When configured for piezo mode, channel 3 is not available and must have its terminals shorted together.
